For this activity we took advantage of the beautiful sunshine and went to the garden for our workshop. The children mixed their own paint colors in spray bottles and I laid out recycled butcher paper for them to spray. I let the children unroll the paper as large as they would like, so they could make huge paintings. They ran around the garden laughing and jumping and spraying from close and far. After the papers were drenched in paint they held them up and let them drip in different directions. In the sunshine the paint dried moments later, and the boys were left with giant colorful pieces of art!
